Complex supervision of investments
Broad range of services provided – we can lead the investment from the very beginning – form obtaining the localisation administative decision, next the building permit up untill the building usage permit.
Our service can include the building project in the architectural branch; additionally for the buildings up to 1000m3 we are able to provide the construction project on our own. Apart from this we collaborate with other project branches meaning that we can deliver the complete project.
The scope of our business activity also includes the possibility of construction supervision or investor’s supervision. (Unlimited complex (design and construction management) building licence in speciality of architecture and Limited complex (design and construction management) building licence in structure and construction speciality)
Experience
We have a rich experience with creating projects, aspects of contruction, administrative procedures and formal matters.
We are not afraid of complicated projects connected with the sphere of conservation and restoration of heritage buildings or involved with adapting objects to the fire safety hazard or health and work safety regulations.
Modern aproach
In the design process our company adopted the use of BIM software Graphisoft Archicad.
Thanks to its usage we are able to introduce the up-to-date changes in the building model, improving the overall communication with our client by e.x. providing fotorealistic 3d visualizations, discovering the potential conflicts quicker, augmenting design efficiency and the documentation quality.
We do not close ourselfs to other solutions and in case of such a need we can of course collaborate with client and other branches with the use of traditional CAD software.
